I am uncertain how InDesign and InCopy are handling fonts. After reading on Adobe.com about InCopy, I thought that using InDesign to send an assignment (an icap-file) via email, it would include all needed files (including fonts), because according to Adobe, the receiver has to worry about nothing, he opens the assignment in InCopy, fonts load automaticaly, all done. But after downloading the demo, some testing and searching on the internet for more information, it seems I was wrong and the receiver must have all needed fonts already installed on his computer or keep them in a "document fonts" folder right next to the icap-file. Is it not possible to include the needed fonts in the icap-file or am I doing it wrong? Is there a box somewhere that needs to be checked for the fonts to be included in the icap-file?
Thanks for any help.
